Sustainable change takes place through dialogue and without exclusion. That is why "WoMen on Top" pursues its own mission to strengthen female roles in politics, business and culture together WITH men. And together with friends who create opportunities for each other and encourage each other.

For the latest edition of "WoMen on Top", women and men who are convinced of equal rights gather in the QOMO Restaurant & Bar in Düsseldorf's Rheinturm. The special spotlight on Thursday evening is on the three speakers who were announced in advance: the feminist and editor Alice Schwarzer, the TV presenter and former "Tagesschau" presenter Judith Rakers and Dr. Iris Sayram, federal political correspondent for ARD. Even away from the microphone, prominent guests are by no means rare: entrepreneur Cathy Hummels, Interior Minister Herbert Reul, entrepreneur Bonita Grupp, founder Kyra Kuklies, virologist Hendrik Streeck, presenter Jana Azizi, presenter Dieter Könnes, actress Sharon Battiste and cabaret artist Dieter Nuhr.

Filippa Firenze also made an active contribution again this year - in the form of selected accessories for the goodie bag. Each of the fantastic bags had a total value of 1,100 euros and was only issued in return for a donation to the WOT charity partner "Trebe Café" - a refuge for girls and women in emergency situations.
