We have a 14 day return policy. To start the return process, please go to our returns portal (Only available in Germany!)
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.
There is no restocking fee, but you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please note: The goods must not be used or damaged, and must be in a new, re-saleable condition. For goods with a hygiene seal, the seal must not be broken or damaged. Sale items and products in the "Scrunchies" category cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and confirm your eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. The refund will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
